Friday Motivation! This is SO true! I saw a variation of this idea written in a fellow Sweat Pink ambassador’s comment, and re-worded it. It reminds me of Rachel’s shocking reveal on Biggest Loser, and how almost every woman I know (including myself) has gotten to their lowest weight by some really unhealthy methods like starvation. Weight loss like that is temporary, uncomfortable and often produces very unattractive results in your body AND mind. Eating clean, exercising, getting enough sleep, and loving yourself will make you HEALTHY, inside and out. When you make a lifestyle change, the results are lifelong, comfortable, and beautiful. Eat for nutrition, not for calories (or lack thereof) and remember to LOVE the body God gave you.
