This post is sponsored by Made in Nature. I received the product for free in exchange for a review and giveaway. The opinions expressed here are completely my own.
About 2 months ago, we decided to join Costco thanks to the growing bellies of our two boys and the recent news that Costco is now the largest distributor of organic meats. I planned to only focus on produce and meats, but while perusing the aisles that first visit I was pleasantly surprised to see that nestled between sugary cereals and junk foods, Costco now offers some really clean, healthy snacks!
Our love story begins when I just so happened to discover a colorful bag of Figgypops. Without tasting, I took a chance on purchasing them because the ingredients were 100% clean, gluten-free, and organic. There are no refined sugars, chemical, soy, or sketchy ingredients. I was floored by this find!
Check out the ingredient list:
Ingredients: ORGANIC FIGS, ORGANIC CASHEWS, ORGANIC DATES, ORGANIC COCONUT, ORGANIC WALNUTS, ORGANIC DRIED TART CHERRIES (ORGANIC DRIED TART CHERRIES, ORGANIC APPLE JUICE, ORGANIC SUNFLOWER OIL), ORGANIC GLUTEN-FREE OATS, ORGANIC COCONUT OIL, ORGANIC CACAO NIBS, ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP, ORGANIC CINNAMON, SEA SALT. MAY CONTAIN AN OCCASIONAL PIT. CONTAINS: CASHEWS, WALNUTS, COCONUT.
These delightful energy balls were an instant hit in my house! They look like Dunkin’ Donuts Munchkins, so my kids think Figgypops are a delicious treat, when I know they’re actually a delicious, nutrient-packed superfood. They’re completely fooled; and I love it!
I love this product so much that I reached out to Made in Nature—the makers of Figgypops—to discuss a potential giveaway, and they have been amazing to work with. If you go through old product reviews of mine, you’ll see I mostly talk about the product and not the company behind it. That’s mostly due to the fact that companies sometimes micromanage what they want me to feature on social media, or more often, they’re so open-ended I’m left wondering if I’m fulfilling the assignment due to lack of direction or feedback. In this case though, Made in Nature has been a dream to work with! (Much like Produce for Kids!) Not only were they game for a Figgypops giveaway BUT they came up with the idea to include a $55 gift card to Costco too, which means either FREE membership -or- $55 of food!
I decided to switch things up this time and keep the giveaway exclusive to Instagram. To enter, be sure you’re following me (@belowthefork), following Made in Nature (@madeinnature), and liking this photo I posted last night about the giveaway!! For extra entries, you can comment under the photo and tag your friends as well.
BEST OF LUCK TO YOU! I know you will LOVE Figgypops!
