Weekly Instagram Round-Up

This week I’ve been all about Squeez’Ems Reusable Pouches and trying to escape the humidity! The best way I survive eating clean in the heat is to build on easy basics like cold roasted chicken, plain Greek yogurt, and quinoa. And speaking of plain Greek yogurt—this week I discovered that Trader Joe’s plain greek yogurt is only 6 grams of sugar per cup, versus 10 g sugar for Wegman’s brand. I also think TJ’s brand tastes better—score!

Confession: One of the main reasons I love Trader Joe’s is I can get myself beautiful flowers for $5.99 or less!

WARNING: these are insanely addictive. So unclean. But SO GOOD. And that’s why the 80% clean/20% whatever rule is a realistic LIFESTYLE!

Homemade applesauce is the easiest thing you’ll make in your crockpot!
