This week I’ve been all about Squeez’Ems Reusable Pouches and trying to escape the humidity! The best way I survive eating clean in the heat is to build on easy basics like cold roasted chicken, plain Greek yogurt, and quinoa. And speaking of plain Greek yogurt—this week I discovered that Trader Joe’s plain greek yogurt is only 6 grams of sugar per cup, versus 10 g sugar for Wegman’s brand. I also think TJ’s brand tastes better—score!
