One of the main reasons (excuses?) I can sometimes neglect this blog is the ease of Instagram. Quickly uploading a photo already in my phone—or even taking the photo through the app—adding a couple of quick remarks or a recipe, hashtagging it, and automatically sharing to my other social media accounts is so convenient! Too convenient. So I’ve decided that once a week I will share my favorite IG posts on my blog, if only for my own posterity. And if you’re not following me on IG yet, find me here: @belowthefork
