FREE Wellness Community

Ladies, let’s focus on the positive & uplift each other!

I am so excited to announce the launch of my FREE wellness community to empower, educate & encourage you to love yourself towards healthy!

The Love Yourself Towards Healthy Community is a private group for women to find encouragement, build confidence, learn wellness tips & tricks, and, most importantly, embrace God’s love for us.

If you have something positive to say, say it LOUD!

In our wellness community, you can find free resources, accountability, uplifting Scripture, confidence building activities, and healthy recipe ideas—all within a safe, positive environment to share your successes, trials, confusion, and have your health and fitness questions answered by a certified health professional.

Do you realize how awesome you are?

My mission is to encourage women—like you!—to love themselves towards healthy. Seeing value in yourself, being kind to yourself, and being your own cheerleader are the elements needed to achieve real wellness. I want to give people a better way to achieve all their wellness goals by offering programming that encompasses all aspects of wellness—fitness, nutrition, mental health/self-esteem, and spirituality. I am not in the fitness business. I am in the HEALTH AND WELLNESS business! These are two different things. I want women to be self-reliant, feel in control of their choices, and understand they are beautiful no matter what.

I am so excited about the ladies who have already joined our free wellness community. It would be my pleasure to have you be our next team member!
