Upcycle a pasta sauce jar (I used Goo Gone to help scrub the sticky remnants of the label off), cut up any fruits or herbs you have laying around, add water and ice. And voila, just like that you’re Pinterest worthy, baby!

It’s so simple and pretty, you’ll be excited to get your hydration on! I re-use the same fruit throughout the day so don’t feel you have to refresh with each water refill. And I always follow the rule of body weight divided by two equals the number of ounces you should drink each day. For example, if you’re 150 lbs, you should aim to guzzle 75 ounces every day (more if you’re pregnant and/or being very active in hot weather.)
