Smoothie of Champions

I know I make grand declarations like this a lot, but THIS is truly my favorite smoothie! The MVP award goes to frozen mango, as I think that was the real game-changer for me.

-1 frozen banana

-2 huge handfuls of greens (I used an organic blend of spinach, kale, and Swiss chard)

-1/2 an apple; diced

-1/3 cucumber; diced

-1T real peanut butter (peanuts and maybe sea salt ONLY)

-1/3 cup frozen strawberries

-1/3 cup frozen mango

-1/2 cup milk of choice

-1/2 cup water

Blend and enjoy!
